BWY Yoga
Foundation Course 1
If you love yoga and have been practicing regularly for at least two years, this 60 hour yoga foundation is a great way to deepen your knowledge.

BWY Yoga Foundation Course 1
Along with self-development it will give you insight into whether you would like to begin a yoga teaching journey or enhance your personal practice.
The course will give you an opportunity to meet like-minded people, and will include talks & discussions, practice, journaling and a brief study of yoga philosophy. We will be looking more deeply into various postures, Pranayama, relaxation/meditation, Kriyas (cleansing technique) and Mudras (hand gesture). You are not required to do any formal homework, however you will be encouraged to reflect on your practice through journaling.
My teaching journey started in 2007 with British Wheel of Yoga, followed by the Institute of Yoga Sports Science, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, BWY Foundation Course tutor and Restorative yoga. I am registered with Yoga Alliance Professional as a senior teacher, confirming that I have completed more than 1500 hours of training and over 10,000 hours of teaching.
